The high-speed grinder consists of a hopper, a casing, a spindle, a winch, a reclaiming fan, a vacuum cleaner, a frame, a motor, an electrical box, etc. Working principle of high-speed grinding milling machine: The crushed material enters the main machine from the feed hopper. With the tail swing airflow generated by the tail swing of the winch, the granular material tail swings in the feed chamber and collides with the plate. The blade generates a strong cutting force, and after crushing, it is sent into the vacuum bag by the reclaiming fan.
Plastic grinding milling machines can be divided into turbine (main rotor) grinding machines and disc grinding machines according to the grinding principle. Turbine (main rotor) grinding machines use turbines or rotors for grinding, while disc grinding machines use grinding discs for material reduction.
